However, it is the Xbox Cloud Streaming service support on Samsung screens that promises to be the most exciting, as it really removes the need to own an Xbox console or even a PC to enjoy Game Pass titles.
Microsoft on Thursday made several new announcements, including new gaming features for Windows 11 and Microsoft Edge, Xbox Cloud Gaming’s ability to let users stream games purchased outside the Game Pass library, and the company’s custom Xbox controller design service - Xbox Design Lab - expanding to 11 new countries (India still not a part of the list). Xbox users won’t need a console anymore to play their favourite games on Samsung smart TVs and monitors, as Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will be getting access to the Xbox app on Samsung’s display offerings released in 2022.
